Ghana has one of most stable democracies in Africa. It was the first Sub-Saharan country to gain independence from colonial rule. Since 1992, Ghana has became multi-party constitutional democratic country and elects its president and legislature every four years. It has an independent judiciary and a free press ranked among the top three in Africa. Ghana has a vibrant civil society and its broadcast media is the strongest.

Ghana is the premier investment destination in West Africa. It is a middle income country, West Africa's second largest economy, ranked among the top 5 for doing business in Sub-saharan Africa, and the best in West Africa. With a population of 25 million people, Ghana has 28 million mobile subscribers. Ghana receives significant Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows (60% between 2010 and 2013). There are numerous opportunities for investment including Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Tourism, Infrastructure development, Energy, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Services. We provide advisory services in investing in all the areas described.

LIVE AND WORK IN GHANA

For a long time, Ghana has been a destination for Africans-Americans and black people from all over the world. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Coretta Scott King, Muhammed Ali, Louis Farrakhan, Maya Angelou, George Padmore, Ralph Bunche (one time U.N Undersecretary for Special Political Affairs, and a Nobel Prize recipient), Malcolm X, Julian Mayfield (Civil right activist), Charles Diggs (former U.S Senator), Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. (former U.S Congressman), Mordecai Johnson (First black president of Howard University), Maida Springer (international labor activist), Horace Mann Bond (first black president of Lincoln University and father of Julian Bond), Lucille Armstrong (wife of Louis Armstrong), and President Barack Obama, were among many who visited. There were others who emigrated to live permanently in Ghana. One such prominent person was W.E.B. DuBois. Ghana is the first country to pass legislation to offer the "Right of Abode" - it affords any individual of African descent the ability to live and work in Ghana indefinitely. We assist in the preparation of all paperwork needed for visa, permanent residence and citizenship in Ghana.
